Warranty

Do you have a problem with a purchase and want to make a warranty claim? Then follow these steps to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.

  1. Do you have the proof of purchase? (receipt or invoice - this can also be digital)
  2. Was the purchase made within the warranty period? The supplier's warranty period applies to all our products. The warranty is a minimum of 1 year and in most cases 2 years. If an item is older than 2 years, the warranty period has expired in almost all cases.
  3. Is the problem with the item the result of a manufacturer's error?

If you can answer yes to all three of the above points, we can process your warranty claim. Please go to our contact page and fill in the form there to get in touch with us. In your message, indicate which order and product you are referring to and describe the complaint. The more information we have, the better we can resolve the issue for you. When you need to send the product back to us, you will receive a shipping label from us to do so.

You can of course also come by our shop during opening hours with your defective product. Check our contact page for the opening hours.

In some cases, we will need to send the product to the manufacturer or an authorised service centre. Please be aware that it may take some time for your product to be repaired.

No warranty

If the warranty on the product has expired and you would still like to have it repaired, please get in touch and we will discuss what we can do for you.

Complaints

If something does not go quite as planned, please contact us. You can use the form on our contact page or send an email to [email protected]. If we cannot resolve the issue together, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur.

If the mediation by WebwinkelKeur does not provide a solution, it is possible to submit your complaint to an independent disputes committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The costs for using the disputes committee are to be borne by you as the consumer.
