We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not (completely) satisfied and wish to return the purchase, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. This period starts from the moment you have received the order.

What can you return

Within the period of 30 days, you may try on and test the ordered products as you would in a shop. You may wear a product to try it on, but do not take it into the water, go diving with it, or wear it outside. 

If the product you are returning or its packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged for a return.

What cannot be returned

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products that are customised and/or manufactured or adapted to your specifications or that are clearly made for a specific person;
• Analyse cells that have been removed from their packaging or whose packaging seal has been broken;
• Nitrox / Trimix analysers
• Diving masks with prescription lenses and/or prescription lenses;
• Sealed audio, video recordings and computer software, the seal of which has been broken after delivery;
• Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, excluding subscriptions to them;
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;

Return costs

You are responsible for the return shipment to us and for paying the costs associated with it. We recommend using an insured service for the transport and requesting a signature upon receipt.

Return procedure

To return one or more products to us, please follow the steps on the return form. You can find this form in the box with your order and you can download it here.

Ensure that the items you wish to return are complete and pack them back into their packaging as well as possible.

Place the items together with the completed return form in a sturdy box. Preferably, use the box in which you received the order. Ensure that the items are securely packaged and cannot be damaged during transport.

Return the items to us. Ensure that the address label is clearly readable. You can send the return to:

Ensure that the package is adequately stamped. Insufficiently stamped shipments will be refused by us. 

As soon as we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive an automatic notification about this. If you have not received any message from us after 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will refund your return as soon as possible after receipt. We will do this no later than 14 days after receiving your return or after being notified that your return shipment is on its way to us. The refund will always be made to the payment method used to place the order.

We cannot exchange products. If you want to receive a new product, you must place a new order through our website.
