Shipping

We dispatch orders from Tuesday to Saturday. If the products you ordered are in stock, we will dispatch them by the next day at the latest. We do not dispatch orders on Sunday and Monday. Orders placed on Sunday and Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday, provided they are in stock.

For sending orders, we use DHL, DPD, UPS, and FedEx. FedEx can only be used for deliveries outside the Netherlands. During checkout, you have the option to choose a carrier that best suits your needs.

For free shipping, we use DPD.​

We ship orders to all countries within the European Union plus Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland.

Delivery time

Within the Netherlands, orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days after dispatch. Outside the Netherlands, it varies by country, but on average, delivery takes between 2 to 8 days. By using express delivery, it can be delivered more quickly. 

Due to the weather, congestion, road conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances, it may take longer for your order to be delivered.

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us with the tracking code and a link to the tracking page. You can use this to follow the delivery of your order.

Pickup point

It is possible to have your order delivered to a delivery point / pickup point of your choice. To do this, select the pickup shipping method and choose a suitable delivery location. Your order will then be delivered to this delivery point. You will also receive an email with the tracking information. Please note that you have a limited time to collect your order from the delivery point before it is returned to us.

Collect in store

It is possible to collect your order from our store. After receiving your order, we will prepare the products for you in the shop. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. When collecting in the store, you also have the option to pay for your order in the shop by card or cash.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on your order, location, and shipping method. During checkout, you will see the costs for each shipping method before you place your order. Collecting from our store is free.

We offer free shipping with DPD for orders to the Netherlands from €75. For Belgium and Germany, we provide free shipping for orders over €150, and for all other European countries, free shipping is available for orders over €250.

When you choose a different shipping method, such as UPS Express, you will have to pay for this.
