This pig tail is used for cave diving to carry line markers such as arrows and cookies. You clip the cookies to the bungee cord, and then attach the included stainless steel bolt snap to the bungee in the pocket of your drysuit or wetsuit.
By stretching the bungee slightly, it becomes narrower, making it easy to clip on the cookies.
